You may return undamaged stock (non-custom) items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are not eligible for refunds if correctly produced.
To avoid mistakes, we provide digital proofs for your approval before production begins.
If your patches arrive with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the defective items to assess the issue. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will offer one of the following solutions:
All custom patches are handmade, meaning slight differences are normal.
If you receive the wrong order or a quantity shortage, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by reshipping the correct items or issuing a refund for missing items.
All purchases are shipped under a shipment contract. Ownership and risk of loss transfer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
