Print vs Embroidery — what's the difference?
Print lays ink on the fabric and suits detailed, multi-colour artwork. Embroidery stitches thread into the fabric for a premium, durable finish.
What files work best?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the cleanest result. High-resolution PNG at 300 DPI with a transparent background also works well.
Can I embroider detailed artwork?
Fine detail and small text can be lost in stitching. We review every file and will suggest adjustments before production.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. We handle printing, embroidery and finishing in-house and ship the decorated product to you.
Are small orders OK?
Yes. Blank caps have no minimum, and decorated orders start at 12 pieces.
